Palmgrove has a few small enterprises that are beginning to bring in money, not much though, but it's still better then nothing. The Palmgrove construction crew are out almost every day, doing work with the loader and grader. At this time of the year it's often raining, so at times they have to wait a few days for the ground to dry. They really need someone to teach them how to use the equipment properly, they keep misusing it, getting flat tires and m....

This is an entry that a lot of you have been waiting for. I don't really know where to start with this post, there are so many good fruits in this tropical part of God's creation. Something that I find strange is, almost all the fruits around here are green when they're ripe. Everything from oranges, grapefruits, mangoes, coconut, banana, plantain, pumpkin, etc. If it's ready, it's green, not like the different colours that we get back home.

On May 27, Nigeria has a holiday that they call Children's Day. The children get all excited and eagerly await the day.
